50% on
apartment rentals. Balance due upon arrival.
(Room Deposits refundable on 72 hours notice before date of arrival. Refunds will be
minus a $12 service charge. Apartment deposit refundable if rented to
another party, minus $25 service charge.)

apartments cannot be guaranteed by specific room number.
