POLICIES
Deposits Required:
One day's rental on room reservations.
50% on
apartment rentals. Balance due upon arrival.
(Room Deposits refundable on 72 hours notice before date of arrival. Refunds will be
minus a $20 service charge. Apartment deposit refundable if rented to
another party, minus $50 service charge.)
Rooms &
apartments cannot be guaranteed by specific room number.
VISA, Master Card,
Discover and American Express accepted.
Guests under the age of 21 will be required to pay a security deposit in
cash
upon check-in and must provide photo ID. At
check-in, there will be a
$20 CASH deposit required for your room key, TV
Remote and Parking Permit.
No checks accepted for final payment.
No visitors allowed without permission!
No bikes allowed in rooms. Bike rack is available.
Sorry, no pets. Kennels nearby.
